A new generation of musical genuis.

 If you are at least aware of this songs, which are Kuweni, Galanga Ganga, ZD8, Dura Akahe then you know what I'm moving to... 


 

Yes, I'm going to share some information about the one who music composed above  mentioned songs. He is Charitha Attalage. Born in 1989 October 6. He is french-born Sri lankan music composer and a producer currently based in Colombo. He is one of my most favourite music producers. 



Firstly I want to thanks to my elder brother. 'cause he was the one who introduced to me to listen to one of his songs. However I've been listened to a song called Kuweni but I didn't interested about who was the music composer of that song. So credit goes to my brother. 😁 

As far as I know, he is a knowledgeable at music and good looking young man. His major is technological music. But in every song he creates, it's not just an electronical sound we hear, he is adding various music genres, differnt instruments. Like we can hear North Indian classical music tones, using Sitar, Flute, Tabla and the same time we can hear Western music tones and he mixed both western and eastern music to create new sound in addition to every time he bring up living sound to his songs. Because of that each song he created has different own colour. It's really new from other songs we listening in these days. 👏



As far he is composed songs are Galana ganga, Mahamaya, Dura Akahe, Radhawani, ZD8, Latin kankariya, Nadagam geeya, Heenamaka, Kuweni, Sansaraye ma and many more. These days I'm really into his new composed song called by Pani Bindak. The emotional feeling from that song is absorbing. It's really fixed my mood whenever I listening to that song. I have no words to describe that amazing  song. Really proud as a Sri Lankan to have a talented musician in our country, moreover in this new generation. Because in our country the place music have in thesedays getting dull. So it's a relief that we have him.



I'm looking forward to enjoy his up coming new concert! 🙌❤️

My Favourite Musical Instrument.

Tabla is my one of favourite musical instruments. It's a North Indian percussion instrument. According to the modern research suggests that the tabla was invented in the first half of the 18th century by a drummer named Amir Khusru.  The story of tabla and me is intersting. I've been playing tabla since 2012. My mother is my first teacher and after few months I met a specialist for playing tabla. My second teacher, his name is Mr.Harindra Deshapriya. Untill now he is my guruji. In the beginning it was hard, many times I thought to quite but at the same time I wasn't able to quite and mainly my inner thoughts and heart couldn't gave up.so I tried to practice continuesly. After that I got the point of playing a tabla. Then my first achievement was in 2014. I won 1st place in All Island music competition by playing tabla. Friendship...   What do you think about friendship?  In my opinion, I would say it's a lovely bond between people or with an animal or with things.  Because to someone, a pet could be his/her best friend, to someone his music instrument could be his or her best friend. There is no rule that friendship is only mean to be  between humans. There are many more meanings have the word of friendship. Moreover friendship can bring some relaxation, encouragement or happiness to someone's life. Sometimes it can be a disaster  to someone. Because, there are pros and cons have in anything belongs to the universe.
